Wine has been part of our family's story for a long time.
For more than 25 years, we've celebrated anniversaries, holidays, milestones, and life's special moments with a great bottle of wine. Along the way, those celebrations took us to some of the world's most famous wine regions—from France and Italy to Napa Valley, Sonoma, Temecula, the Texas Hill Country, and right here in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Every vineyard we visited and every glass we shared deepened our appreciation for the people, places, and memories that make wine so special.
Then life gave us a little nudge.
When our niece married a master winemaker and winery owner in Ruidoso, New Mexico, we got a firsthand look at what it takes to turn a passion for wine into something truly meaningful. Watching their journey sparked a dream we couldn't shake: what if we created a place where family, friends, and great wine could come together?
That dream became Ridge Creek Ranch Winery.
Built with the support of our family—and inspired by generations of gathering around the table—we created a place where people can slow down, enjoy the beauty of East Texas, and make memories of their own. You'll often see our children and grandchildren around the property because family isn't just part of our story—it's part of who we are.
Today, we're proud to welcome guests to our winery near Cedar Creek Lake in Mabank, Texas. Whether you're joining us for a tasting, a celebration, live music, or simply a relaxing afternoon with friends, we hope every visit feels like coming home.
